Currently…In Revisions

The draft is done.

What started out as six chapters in a notes app turned into a full manuscript. It was not a slow process, but more akin to a damn bursting and the story flooding out of me, like it had been waiting.

Now, I’m in revisions and this is where the story changes. I’m past refining structure (hello revision pass 1), and tightening scenes, making sure when a character speaks it sounds like them and not like me.

This is where the story becomes good.
